About the founder

JX is founded and led by Johan Hjalmarsson, with more than 10 years of experience across different development roles and business contexts.

That background includes work in his own companies, as an employee, and as an independent consultant. The experience spans mobile applications, web systems, medtech, automation systems, self-service platforms, and more complex integrations across both startups and larger organizations.

A central part of the working philosophy is not simply to accept a proposed solution, but to question the root problem and understand the real needs of the business. In many cases, the hardest part is not the code itself, but understanding the domain, the processes, and the people who will use the solution.

Collaboration model

JX works hands-on and with senior technical involvement close to delivery, while adapting the setup to the needs of the project. In some engagements the value is direction and technical leadership. In others it is concrete product or system delivery during a more intensive phase.

When needed, project capacity can be expanded with the right supporting competence depending on scope and requirements.
